Precision Cutting

Tiles can be cut to suit your layout. While cutting glass is straightforward for an experienced professional, we recommend using a qualified installer if you are unfamiliar with handling decorative glass.

We also offer a premium cutting service so your tiles can arrive precisely prepared and ready to fit. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss bespoke requirements.

Installation Guidance

For secure fixing, we recommend using our specialist mirror adhesive, available in our online shop.

As a guide, one tube is required for every six tiles.

Delivery & Dispatch

Orders are processed promptly and dispatched via a fragile delivery service within the UK.

For tiles requiring bespoke cutting, please allow 5–7 working days for preparation before dispatch.

Care & Longevity

Clean gently using a soft, dry microfibre cloth. If needed, use a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners or sustained moisture. In bathrooms or splashback areas, ensure good ventilation.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds are processed once inspected and approved.
